In partnership with key stakeholders from the Avenue of the Arts, Broad Street Ministry collaborated on the creation of an Avenue of the Arts Concierge to connect individuals experiencing scarcity and homelessness along the South Broad Street corridor with essential and meaningful resources in order to increase stability.  They are also a resource to the immediate community to provide trainings, create safety plans, education on barriers the unsheltered population faces, and provide resources the community can turn to in escalated situations.
