Easter at BSM

On Sunday, April 20th we celebrated the Resurrection with bagpipes, the choir led us in singing spirituals, old hymns, songs from Coldplay and, of course, Pharell’s “Happy.”  Gracie Killman, M.Div and Kevin read scripture and welcomed people, Rev. Bill Golderer, our Convening Minister, Preached on Jesus’ question “I am the Resurrection and the Life.  Do you believe this?” Rev. David Norse invited us to Jesus’ table for Communion, Pam led us in prayer, and Rev. Andy Greenhow and our congregation welcomed Kris as the newest member of the Church of Jesus Christ through her Baptism. Jess invited us to pass the peace of Christ, and to take a family photo together.  And we even had an Easter egg hunt for the little ones.  Check out the photos below.
