Hearts on Fire and so are YOU!

As February ushered in all kinds of love, BSM certainly felt it from new partnerships and old friends. Philadelphia—you seem to be on a roll. For the second month in a row groups are dreaming up their own fundraising events that will benefit BSM’s guests! We were so grateful to expand our network of supporters through a new type of networking event. BC Technologies teamed up with Lee Larkin at Front Street Café to host a networking event that doubled as a fundraiser and contributed over $1,000 to BSM’s Hospitality Collaborative. This night included a luxurious, warm atmosphere, silent auction via their Community Builder app, delicious wine and cheese and some great conversation about how BSM supports the vulnerable of Philadelphia.

Our hearts were also a flutter when we received good news from our friends in Leadership Philadelphia’s “Junto 2.” These folks have arranged for some of our favorite spots in Philadelphia to dedicate one item that will donate a portion of proceeds to BSM from April 1-10th. Start scoping out these joints! Tria Cafes, Smokin’ Betty’s, Little Baby’s Ice Cream, and Sweetbox will provide extra sweet specials in April. Stay tuned!
