Last Night at BSM

May 19, 2017

Rev. Samantha Evans opened the Lord’s Prayer series with a sermon regarding the martyrdom of Stephen, what it means to pray “thy will be done,” and what it means to be together.

Prayers of the gathered community:

Domestic violence homelessness people with drug addictions; people with mental illness; people who have control issues; people who make threats

I pray for a calm week and an abatement of anxiety as I come to my final week of recuperation from surgery. Thank you!

Lord,

Prayer for my mom, grandson, and ****.

Prayer for **** and **** that they may find peace with their children.

Dear Lord, Please watch over my family and grant them strength to get through the challenging days to come. Help me to discern what is the best way I can carry out your will as I start to think about upcoming job opportunities. Thank you for all the blessings you have given me each and every day. Amen.

Dear Lord, Please give us our mom back. Please give me the blessing of motherhood after ****’s and I are wed under your blessing.

I’m grateful

For

This community

I hope* it

Stays

Honest

And

Gets stronger

Thank you Lord, Thank you Jesus. May you hold **** in prayer. She has kidney stones and it will be decided—the fate of her stones—in two weeks. Comfort her as she deals with these issues and also her husband who has breathing issues from his pneumonia. Thank you Lord, Thank you Jesus.

Dear God, Thank you for this weekend of play & rest. Give me the stamina for the work ahead. I love you. Amen.

God, I have a deep need for your guidance. Please be with me. I love you and thank you.
