Stewardship V: Pray for Boldness

Rev. Andy Greenhow brings us a word from Acts 4:23-31. This is the last sermon in our series about stewardship where we seek to respond generously to how God has been generous to us. Acts is a story about the early church. It’s about how the disciples of Jesus are figuring out how they are called to live after Jesus ascends to heaven. In their seeking an answer to this question they pray for boldness. They situation this prayer for boldness in the incarnation of Jesus. Their boldness allows them to add to the story God is writing in the world. We too are called to boldly participate in what God’s doing. How will we partner with what God is doing in 2016?
