BSM’s Pastoral Immersion Program Accepting Applications

Do you know a recent seminary graduate who’s passionate about entrepreneurial ministry? BSM is accepting applications for the 2016-2017 Pastoral Immersion Program. The PIP is a great opportunity to work full-time in BSM’s resident worshiping community, serve in the Hospitality Collaborative, and do great ministry in Philadelphia. The program is a year-long and delivered in partnership with the PC(USA)’s 1001 New Worshiping Communities initiative. For more information or to apply, click here.

Lent, Holy Week, and Easter at Broad Street Ministry

Join Broad Street Ministry’s resident worshiping community in observing Lent, the season leading up to Easter. This year, we are examining the connection between agricultural rhythms and the seasons of our life. In sermon and in small groups before worship every Sunday at 3:00, we’ll be considering the life cycle of food and the life cycle of us. Join us for small groups every Sunday at 3:00, worship every Sunday at 4:00, and small groups every Wednesday at 6:15pm.

Broad Street Ministry’s Holy Week schedule this year is:

March 20 – Palm Sunday worship – 4:00 pm

March 24 – No Wednesday evening programming

March 25 – Maundy Thursday worship – 6:15 pm

March 27 – Easter Sunday worship – 4:00 pm

Save the Date for BSM’s anniversary!

Mark your calendars for Broad Street Ministry’s anniversary festivities this May. The annual anniversary worship service is May 15 at 4:00 pm and the 2nd annual BSM Porch Party is May 19 at 6:00 pm at City Tap House (3925 Walnut Street). We’re so excited to celebrate another year with all of you!
