A Great 2015, an Even Better 2016 for the Youth Initiative!

The Youth Initiative is SO thankful for all of the hard-working groups who came through in the Fall of 2015! These wonderful youth and their dedicated adults helped the Youth Initiative finish out the year with the following accomplishments:

In 2015, the Youth Initiative hosted 545 participants. 

These 545 participants gave a total of 7,332 volunteer hours.

Of those volunteer hours, 1,393 hours were given to BSM while 5,939 hours were given to 24 partner agencies across the city.

2015 was a wonderful year for the Youth Initiative, and we couldn’t be more grateful to all those who participated and supported!

If you missed out on the Youth Initiative 2015, we have ways for you to get in on the action in 2016!

First, if you have at least two years towards an undergraduate degree completed, and you’re passionate about supporting the next to become active, motivated, and informed leaders of the church and the world, work for the summer Youth Initiative! Email Devin at devin@broadstreetministry.org for more information and an application. Hurry though, applications are due February 17!

You can also still register your youth group for Summer 2016! We still have some availability the following weeks:

Week 1: June 12-18

Week 5: July 10-16

Week 6: July 17-23

Week 7: July 24-30

Week 8: July 31-August 4
