BSM Receives a “Fighting Hunger Together” Grant from Walmart

The Walmart Foundation recently gave a $50,000 grant to the BSM Hospitality Collaborative to support our efforts to ensure that our guests continue to receive the healthiest meals possible at our Breaking Breads. This grant comes as the result of the foundation’s recently launched effort, “Fighting Hunger Together”, which grants funding to help non-profits alleviate hunger in America.  The Walmart Foundation has committed $2 billion in cash and in-kind gifts to support non-profits like BSM through 2015. All of us at BSM are grateful to the entire Walmart community for not only supporting our work, but also for their national efforts to eliminate the food insecurities that too many of our neighbors experience on a daily basis.
