COVID-19 Volunteer Requirements

December 30, 2020

Volunteers are required to wear a mask for their shift.

Temperatures will be taken of volunteers when they arrive. We require volunteers to wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Upon arrival, volunteers will be provided a second mask to wear. Please review the CDC guidelines and safety instructions for more information.

Dress comfortable
You will be standing for your volunteer shift. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and causal attire. Volunteers must wear closed toed shoes.

We expect volunteers to self-monitor
Volunteers agree when registering to self monitor for Covid-19 signs and symptoms. If you or someone in your household is feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like, please cancel your registration through your Volunteer Hub and stay home.

If you cannot make your shift
Please cancel through your Volunteer Hub. BSM relies on its volunteers to ensure that guests are welcomed and served with radical hospitality.  Each volunteer slot and time frame is a crucial and intentional part our service.
