Introducing the Hospitality & Corporate Council
Event
We’re hoteliers, restaurateurs, investors, and design engineers. We are thought leaders, ambassadors, connectors, and motivators. We are people that believe a more equitable, profitable, and commerce-friendly Philadelphia is possible—and necessary.
How We’re Helping
The Hospitality & Corporate Council will provide support to Broad Street Ministry’s Hospitality Collaborative in the strategic areas of: creating awareness and visibility; advising on brand position; providing valuable introductions; and raising charitable and budget offsetting support.
Here’s just a few of the ways our members are making an impact:
Sofitel Hotel is creating a corporate package highlighting the work of BSM and offering a portion of each package to fund the Hospitality Collaborative.

Garces Events has offered to provide the meal and service for six fundraising dinner parties, cocktail hours, or office gatherings.

Steinberg Conference Center upgraded all their linens and chose to sell their previous linens to employees for a bargain rate raising over $1K.

Cook+Solo Restaurant family is set to open Rooster Soup Company in Center City, providing 100% of the net-profits to BSM’s Hospitality Collaborative

Get Involved
We’re fully-vested professionals tackling homelessness and hunger in an innovative way, by bringing public and private sectors together. We’re using talent and resources already at our fingertips to work to improve this city we love. Here’s how you can help:

Volunteer Your Time
We know time can be a precious commodity when considering charitable partnerships, which is why we only ask that council members meet once quarterly to discuss the challenges and needs that face BSM and the community-at-large.

Give an Annual Donation
Your annual contribution of $2,500 provides BSM with the capital required to maintain and grow our programs, benefitting the countless guests that walk through our doors everyday and improving our neighborhood communities.

Contribute Your Ideas
Big changes require big ideas, which is why the HCC needs thought leaders from all industries to help shape the future of radical hospitality here in Philadelphia—be a part of laying the groundwork for subsequent generations to build on.
