Hiring Case Manager

Broad Street Ministry is currently seeking a Case Manager (CM) to connect guests to needed services and care, with a focus on developing trusting relationships with guests. The CM will provide a variety of direct services to individuals experiencing food and shelter insecurities and a wide variety of behavioral health issues.
The ideal candidate has a Master of Social Work with licensure ability to supervise students and interns. S/he will work primarily during normal business hours, but  will be available on weekends and evening hours as needed. This ideal candidate has 3 years experience minimum, though 5 years is preferred.
