Women’s Day 2014

The 2014 Women’s Day at BSM turned out just as successful as last year.

For a while ow the slogan for Philadelphia has been “The City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection”. Women’s Day highlights the second part of that slogan. Historically, single women without children are some of the most poorly served vulnerable adults in our city (or most cities in the US for that matter). One day set aside each year to pay special attention to these women does not change that, but it does serve remind our guests that they are valuable members of our community, who are seen, cared for and cared about, and for at least one day pampered a bit as well.
